Are you looking to move to Valencia and looking for suitable schools for your children? Here are is a comprehensive list of private schools in the Valencia region.

This post has been updated. Please check out Free Download: List Of Concertado Schools In The Region Of Valencia

Moving to a new place is never easy especially when you also have children to consider.  As a parent, you will need to factor in their education based on where you decide to live. This can get difficult especially when you are searching in an unfamiliar area.

These days the first thing you’d probably do is to research online. But with many schools offering different things, it can be overwhelming. Ideally, the best people to ask would be parents who already live in the area that you choose to live in.

Firstly, you will need to decide whether you want to send your child to a private, concertado or public school. If you choose private education then you may have more flexibility picking the location of your new home, since you won’t be limited within a particular school catchment area.

    Hi Maria,
Thank you for amazing beautiful informative posts! We are multinational (kiwi and Japanese) sailing family of four from Australia. We have been sailing for a year in med homeschooling our children. We are in the process of extending NIE residency visa and found out from our immigration lawyer that our daugthers have to be in school in Spain, as it is illegal to homeschool here. We are looking for good international school in Valencia for our daughters to attend while we are in Spain, at least rest of this year. As you know there are more than few choice of English international schools with different price ranges and entry requirements. We are now considering two schools Los Olivos and El Platino… I would like your thoughts on these schools or any advice would be very much appreciated! Thank you so much Maria!

Could you please write a list of fun summer camps (art, sport, language, etc) for kids around Valencia. I always search but could not find a good list. It does not have to be in English. Any camps….

    Hi Maria
My son is Canadian, holds a CELTA Cert and has taught English for eight years in Spanish speaking countries….he’s currently back in China for his third year. I want him to take a teaching position in Spain…he’s fluent….but he tells me that non EU Nationals cannot teach in Spain. Is he right?

🌸It’s finally springtime! 🌿 What better way to embrace the season than with a fun DIY project? After finding a glass container while doing my spring clean, I thought id make use of it by making my own terrarium.💡

🌱 Here’s why terrariums are fantastic:

🌱 They bring a slice of nature indoors
🌱Adds a unique touch of nature to your home
🌱Low maintenance.
🌱A relaxing and creative way to reuse jars or vases.

Want to know how to make it? Head over to the blog or click my bio. 300 0
