Frequent travelling requires organisation and planning, which I have learnt over the past two years.  My 4-7 day journeys usually do not require a lot of things, so travelling light and having reliable travel accessories makes the journey a lot easier.

This past year I have travelled back to the UK at least 7 times, sometimes with the children and more of the times, I would be travelling alone. And during my travels,  I have discovered the important things that I need to bring for a more organised and stress-free trip.  So I have put together my own personal list of MUST have travel accessories just to make life a little easier while hopping from one country to another.

1. Anker® Astro Mini iPhone5 portable battery charger

If you’re like me who like to travel with my phone and iPad, I found this great little device that enables you to charge your phone or tablet device on the go.  No more dreading the 1% battery bar this handy lipstick size charger can charge your phone from 0% to 100%, so more than enough just to get you through those emergency calls and texts!! They also come in 4 colours.

2. TravelRight Advanced Digital Luggage Scale

Thankfully  I have never been caught with an oversized baggage. But nowadays, even with cabin pieces of luggage, you are only allowed up to 10kg. Before investing in one of these babies, I used the bathroom scales to weigh my bags, of course, that’s not one of the cleverest things you could do, after a few sore toes and a broken back, I finally bought myself one of these. A sturdy and reliable weighing scale that also have an alarm system which allows you to know the weight of your bag without having to read it. A real back saver!

3. Thumbs Up UK Dual SIM Case for iPhone 5

Travelling back and forth from the UK to Valencia is a pain when it comes to having to change your phone SIM card. I have already lost two UK and Spanish SIM cards in the last year. Thinking I’ve put them in a safe place but of course, that safe place is never to be found again!

This time I have come well prepared! I would like to say THANKS for the person who invented this handy little device. It will save me numerous SIM cards and with a click of a button, I can change from one service to another. Happy days!

4. Ickle Bockles

No more fear when it comes to bringing your favourite body creams and lotions, these bottles do not only look great but they can also store your favourite liquid products and comes in a transparent resealable bag which of course can be used instead of those £1.00 bags they sell you at the airport.  The bottle caps are interchangeable to pour or pump action and most importantly they comply with the current EU carry-on rules.

5. Cocoa Butter Moisturising Stick

It’s a fact, travelling on planes makes you dehydrated, so I look after my skin by drinking plenty of water before and during the flight. Having combination skin, I find my face become a lot drier when travelling especially on my cheeks and forehead. I find this Cocoa Butter Moisturising Stick from Boots is handy enough for your handbag and keeps your skin feeling refreshed and hydrated.

6. RIMOWA – Salsa Air four-wheel Cabin Trolley

If you really take your travelling seriously then I would suggest investing in a good quality cabin bag. This particular item is not cheap and but it is super stylish lightweight, durable and can withstand the usual rigours of luggage holds. It also has a telescopic, top and side handles, a multi-wheel base which makes navigating airports a breeze.

7. Smartphone wallet clutch

This handmade stylish smartphone wallet clutch is the creation of MrAndMrsWallet. I particularly like this because it’s compact, and have all the necessary compartments for your necessities.  With 12 card slots, phone pocket, 4 additional pockets for money, passport, check-in documents etc and a zipped pocket for coins, this beautiful wallet is ideal for the organised traveller!

8.  Cashmere Travel Blanket, Eyeshade & Pillow Set

If you have the extra moolah to spend on your travel accessories and take air travelling comfort to the next level, then I would recommend to splash out on this pure cashmere travel set. Made from 100% wool this luxurious set comes with a blanket, eye mask and a travel pillow case with many colours to choose from.

🌸It’s finally springtime! 🌿 What better way to embrace the season than with a fun DIY project? After finding a glass container while doing my spring clean, I thought id make use of it by making my own terrarium.💡

🌱 Here’s why terrariums are fantastic:

🌱 They bring a slice of nature indoors
🌱Adds a unique touch of nature to your home
🌱Low maintenance.
🌱A relaxing and creative way to reuse jars or vases.

Want to know how to make it? Head over to the blog or click my bio. 300 0

First time in a long time when I don’t have to wear my jacket outside. Spring is definitely on the way with a high of 25c today. It’s also nice to see all the plants in bloom 🍀🌷🪻🪴😍 100 0
